Nutrigenomics Nutriproteomics Microarrays Bioinformatics ABSTRACT In recent years, nutrition researches have been transformed from classical epidemiology and physiology to molecular biology and genetics. Following this trends, Nutrigenomics has emerged as a novel and multidisciplinary research field in nutritional science that aims to elucidate how diet influences human health. The content of nutrigenomics mainly includes the mechanism of nutrients and phytochemicals on the transcription, translation and metabolism of human genes.
